You can schedule a ride with The Executive Driver in advance through our website, message us through our Facebook Business page:

Our schedule is open all year, so you're able to make a Ride Reservation as early as you are able to purchase your flight.

We gladly accept private ride requests.  Private ride rates are our shared ride rates plus an additional $10 per person.

Rides are paid for between pickup and drop-ff.  No pre-payment or deposit required.

If you schedule a private trip to a non-standard location, there may be a deposit requested at the time of the reservation.

Currently our accepted forms of payment are Venmo, Zelle, and cash.  

Other forms of payment may be accepted at a later time.

If you need to cancel your ride, you can do so through our website, our Facebook Page, or by messaging us directly at 812.318.1352.

Please note that there may be a cancellation fee if you cancel the day of your scheduled ride.

For rides to the Indianapolis Airport, we need to know:

- Client's First and Last Name

- Client's Cell Phone #

- Local Bloomington Pickup Location

- The total # and type of bags (Check-in, Carry-on, Personal Item, Backpack, etc.)

***If taking a large item (golf bag, guitar, etc., please let us know when scheduling your reservation so the appropriate Driver & Vehicle are arranged.

For rides from the Indianapolis Airport, we need to know:

- Client's First and Last Name

- Client's Cell Phone #

- Local Bloomington Location for Drop-off

- The Airline, Flight Number, and Arrival Time

- The total # and type of bags (Check-in, Carry-on, Personal Item, Backpack, etc.)

*** As mentioned above, if a large item is being brought, please let us know when the ride is schedule.

There are many transportation/ride share options in Bloomington, IN.  Unlike mainstream ride share platforms our drivers have worked with, our Clients have the opportunity to know their Driver.  

Currently we have 5 Drivers, not 500. We transport in personal vehicles, not commercial transportation.  We treat our Clients as part of our extended family.

We specialize in a personal experience, not mass-transport.  

You don't have to worry about us cancelling your reservation, not showing up, or waiting around for someone to be available to pick you up.  We will not leave you scrambling to find a ride.

Prior to your scheduled Reservation pickup, you will be sent a Driver Information Sheet.  This lists their name, cell phone #, vehicle description, license plate, and includes a photo so you know what your Driver looks like. 

We aim to provide family-oriented, personalized services.  Bloomington is our hometown and through family, friends, and business connections, we are strive to assist in any way possible.

We have assisted in personal vehicle shipment, coordinating vehicle repairs with parents for their student's personal vehicle, personalized vehicle tour of the IU Campus and local popular sights/places to visit, and transporting student belongings to/from storage units during Summer Break.

The majority of our clients are Students from out-of-state.  With most parents unable to assist throughout the school year, we offer our assistance however we can.  We consider our clients like family.  Our owners are parents/grandparents with most of their children, and grandchildren, living outside of Indiana.  We believe in "It takes a Village" and we strive to be part of your IU Bloomington Village.
