For requesting a ride reservation for an arriving flight, please send us:
- The first and last name of the Client we will be picking up
- The cell phone # of the Client being picked up
- The Client's pickup location in Bloomington, IN
- The Airline, Flight Number and departing time
(i.e. - American AA2395 at 1:27pm)
- The number and type of bags being brought
(Check-in, Carry-on, Backpack, Personal Item, etc. If bringing golf bags or a guitar, please list those separately and not as a checked bag.)

Confirmations for Arriving Reservations are sent:
- During Heavy Travel times (i.e. - Fall Break, Holiday Breaks), confirmations are sent to the Client within 48-72 hours prior to pickup.
- During regular travel times, Confirmations are sent 24-48 hours prior to pickup.
- Each Client will be asked to confirm the Airline, Flight Number, Arrival Time, and the number and type of bags they will be traveling with.
- Upon completing the Reservation Confirmation, the Client and any coordinating Family member will be provided with their Driver's Information Sheet. Each Driver Information Sheet contains their Driver's Name, Cell Phone Number, Accepted Payment Username(s), Vehicle Description, License Plate, and a photograph of their Driver so they will know what they look like.

For our Clients traveling with Carry-on & Personal Items Only:
- Our first guideline for coordinating Shared Rides is to have all Clients arriving on the same flight into a ride with one Driver, as long as the Driver's vehicle will accommodate all passengers and their bags.
- For Groups that either exceed the number of passengers in the Driver's Vehicle, or if the type and amount of bags will not fit into the Driver's vehicle with the number of passengers, these rides will be split between the amount of Drivers necessary.
- For those arriving on a flight that doesn't have any other Client's on it, we group any Client arriving within a 20 minute window with the same Driver to provide a shared ride. Longer wait times can be accommodated at the request of the Client to give them a shared ride with a discounted rate.
- During heavy travel times (i.e. - Fall Break, Holiday Breaks), unless asked to travel together, those traveling with carry-on and personal items only will be picked up by one Driver. Heavy travel times result in longer wait time for those who check-in bags, and we try to minimize waiting time at the airport once a Client has their bags and is ready to be picked up.

For our Clients traveling with Bags & Items that must be Checked-In:
- Fall Break, Holiday Breaks), retrieving bags & items that must be checked in can take up to 45-60 minutes to retrieve.

All arriving Clients are picked up at Arrivals / Baggage Claim Door #6. It is the furthest door to the right as you ride down the escalator.
Drivers stage at the Cell Phone Lot, 3-4 minutes from Arrival / Baggage Claim Door #6.
Once the Driver knows their Client(s) are at Arrival / Baggage Claim Door #6, with all bags, and ready to be picked up, they will proceed to the Terminal for pickup. This will take approximately 3-4 minutes.
Clients then are to proceed outside Arrival / Baggage Claim Door #6 so the Driver will be able to begin loading bags upon arrival. During Heavy Travel times, and especially during late night arrivals, Airport Security will force Drivers, who do not begin immediately loading passengers, to leave and come back to pickup. We try to avoid this at all costs.
