For requesting a ride reservation for a departing flight, please send us:
- The first and last name of the Client we will be picking up
- The cell phone # of the Client being picked up
- The Client's pickup location in Bloomington, IN
- The Airline, Flight Number and departing time
(i.e. - American AA2395 at 1:27pm)
- The number and type of bags being taken
(Check-in, Carry-on, Backpack, Personal Item, etc. If taking golf bags or a guitar, please list those separately and not as a checked bag.)

Confirmations for Departing Reservations are sent:
- During Heavy Travel times (i.e. - Fall Break, Holiday Breaks), confirmations are sent to the Client within 48-72 hours prior to pickup.
- During regular travel times, Confirmations are sent 24-48 hours prior to pickup.
- Each Client will be asked to confirm pick-up time, location, and their number and type of bags they will be traveling with.
- Upon completing the Reservation Confirmation, the Client and any coordinating Family member will be provided with their Driver's Information Sheet. Each Driver Information Sheet contains their Driver's Name, Cell Phone Number, Accepted Payment Username(s), Vehicle Description, License Plate, and a photograph of their Driver so they will know what they look like.

For our Clients traveling with Carry-on & Personal Items Only:
- Flights departing between 5am and 3pm, we recommend pickup be no less than 2 hours prior to flight departure.
- For Flights departing between 3:30pm and later, we recommend pickup be no less than 2-1/2 hours prior to flight departure due to heavier traffic in Bloomington and on the Interstate between Bloomington and Indianapolis.
- Clients and/or their Family Member who ask for a pickup time less than our recommended time frame assume all responsibility if the Client's arrival causes them to miss boarding.
- Our pickup guidelines are from our years of transporting clients, and being familiar with the seasonal fluctuations that result in heavier traffic on the roads, as well as longer lines at the Indianapolis Airport.

For our Clients traveling with Bags & Items that will be Checked-In:
- Flights departing between 5am and 4pm, we recommend pickup be no less than 3 hours prior to flight departure.
- For Flights departing between 4:30pm and later, we recommend pickup be no less than 3-1/2 hours prior to flight departure due to heavier traffic in Bloomington and on the Interstate between Bloomington and Indianapolis.
- Clients and/or their Family Member who ask for a pickup time less than our recommended time frame assume all responsibility if the Client's arrival causes them to miss boarding.
- Our pickup guidelines are from our years of transporting clients, and being familiar with the seasonal fluctuations that result in heavier traffic on the roads, as well as longer lines at the Indianapolis Airport.

- The day of Departing Reservations, our Driver will message each Client as they are headed into begin picking up Client(s).
- For a shared pickup ride group, our Drivers will send out a Group Pickup message the night before. They will listen the pickup order for the group so all Clients will know the order they will be picked up.
- A new process we have started is for our Driver to share their location as they begin the pickup process. If the Driver is returning from the Indianapolis Airport, they will begin sharing their location once they have cleared Martinsville, IN to ensure the one hour of sharing location allows for all Clients to be picked up prior to location sharing expiring.
Sharing our location is to assist us in expediting the pickup process. We ask all clients to be at their designated pickup location, ready to start loading their bags, upon the Driver's arrival at their location.
Being outside as the Driver arrives allows everyone to be picked up as quickly, and prevents the Driver from falling behind schedule.

All Clients who have departing flights will be asked for the Airline they will be flying on, either when they schedule their Reservation or during the ride prior to arriving at the Indianapolis Airport.
The Indianapolis Airport has specific drop-off doors for each Airline. Each drop-off door is set for an average of 3 Airlines per door. Our Drivers will do their best to get their Clients as close to the Drop-off door for the Airline they are flying on as possible.
