Our Scheduling Procedure
If you are a new client, please complete a Ride Request form. As soon as our Schedule Manager receives your request, she will respond to confirm the request and ask for any remaining details needed to complete the Ride Reservation.
Confirmations prior to Reservation
Our Schedule Manager will reach out to each Client from 24 to 72 hours prior to a Ride Reservation to reconfirm the reservation and inquire about baggage. All details are necessary to ensure each ride is appropriately setup so all Clients are comfortable during their ride.
Pickup Procedures
For rides from Bloomington to the Indianapolis Airport, our clients tell us where to pick them up (must be a legal street or through-way).
Our Drivers will provide an ETA to the pickup location once they are on their way.
The timeliness of a pickup is dependent on our Clients being ready upon the Driver's arrival. So when you know your Driver is on their way, please be ready to have them load your bags once they arrive.

Ride Timing
The average commute time between Bloomington, IN and the Indianapolis Airport is 45 minutes one-way.
Each ride is scheduled with this timeframe in mind, an average of a 2-hour window, as well as the travel time needed when multiple pickup locations are set.
When taking carry-on bags only, pickup time is set at 2 hours prior to flight departure. Check-on bags require a 3-hour prior to pickup time to ensure adequate time is available once the Client arrives at the airport.
Drop-off Procedure at the Indianapolis Airport
All Clients who have departing flights will be asked for the Airline they will be flying on.
The Indianapolis Airport has specific drop-off doors for each Airline. Each drop-off door is set for an average of 3 Airlines per door. Our Drivers will do their best to get their Clients as close to the Airline Drop-off door as possible.
Pickup from the Indianapolis Airport
All arriving Clients are picked up at Arrivals / Baggage Claim Door #6. It is the furthest door to the right as you ride down the escalator.
Drivers stage at the Cell Phone Lot, 3-4 minutes from Door #6. Once they knew that the Client(s) are at Door #6, with all bags, they will proceed to the Terminal for pickup. Clients then are to proceed outside Door #6 so the Driver will be able to begin loading bags upon arrival at Door #6.
